  I had Home Depot's door and widow guy come out. Sales guy was nice. We purchase a $2,100.00 sliding glass door. The tech came out to measure and was rude. They scheduled the install for today. Some other guys showed up today to install, they measured and starting using profanity describing how much of an idiot the measuring tech was. Needles to say my door didn't get installed today. After numerous calls requesting to speak with a manager I still haven't heard back from anyone. Don't waste your money with them. So I took a day off of work for nothing. I will request a refund if anyone in management actually calls me back.

  I was recently in HOME DEPOT Oro Valley Az Nov 2016 and needed help with an installation to my mothers front door here in Rancho Vistoso I talked to the sales people at the back of the store and they had a difficult time on the pricing. The manager of the store came with assistance as he happened to be passing by. He was confused about a certain door that I wanted to purchase. I just stood there while they argued. He demanded that I leave the store and go to another HOME DEPOT. Then he was going to have Police guide me out the door. I did nothing wrong but give the measurements and pay. Bella SImonis.

  I bought a door from Home Depot in Oro Valley $ 284.00 and also paid for the installation. The manager Jeff of Home Depot sent out inexperienced workers that do not know how to hang a door and when they tried to fix it they sent workers again that did not know what they were doing. They will not do anything about it and now I am stiuck with a door that does not hang properly and the bill of $618.90 I will never use Home Depot as they do not know what they are doing. Beware!!! Never have a door installed by Home Depot. Go somewhere else to have a door hung. A shooty job was done and then they tell you its fine just oil it. Now I am stuck with a non functioning door. Sincerley a disgruntled customer.
