  Ordered privacy fence on-line to block the veiw of a neighbor's dog that harrasses my grandchildren when they are in the backyard. Had someone lined up to install the fence. Before placing the order I asked if a delivery can be arranged. No problem the company on line assistance advised. Place the order and then make arrangements. Called the store, again no problem, but there would be a fee, which was acceptable. Good situation considering that I have a high volume of work and have little time to go get away. Wife stopped by to pay for shipping and we hit a brick wall of bad service. There was no way to arrange a delivery without purchasing the material on site. Had used paypal for the 6 months interest free program. Cancelled the order. Will go to Lowes and pay cash. No plans to go back to Home Depot any time soon. Plan to build a home on the lake when we retire. Not going to the HD. "The power to do" what they want without regard to the individual!
