  We needed new windows and have been screwed by terrible contractors in the past so we thought, go with Home Depot, they stand by their products even if it's more expensive. Boy how wrong we were. We ordered the windows in April of 2021. HD says they can't be installed until August. No problem here as everyone was busy at the time. Installation day, HD shows up, and to their credit, did a great, professional job. This was the last time the experience was seamless. Before they left we asked "where are the screens?" They said there must have been a mistake and they would get back to me. It took them until October to bring the screens. However two screens don't fit my windows and one was damaged so we're waiting on three more screens. The screen guy said he would have to come back with someone else to finish our sliding doors so we have strips of metal all over our lanai, waiting to be installed (since August 2021). Every time we call, nobody answers or we get sent on a wild goose chase. The only way we get anything done is to call HD corporate office. Then we get a call back from home services almost immediately. Fast Forward to today, January of 2022. In four months it will have been a year and we are still not complete. Still have two screens that don't fit and my sliding glass doors are still unfinished. Spent almost 20k expecting amazing service and still have an incomplete job. So ashamed to have used Home Depot, they are not a name you can trust.

  We were going to have Laminate flooring installed by Home Depot during the $397.00 install promo. Don't be fooled by this price .What you don't know is you will pay additional installment fees for floor molding , baseboards etc.. What started out as $397.00 install will cost us $754.25 . Also a delivery fee of $79.00 + a carry in fee of $55.50 ($ 1.50 per box ) and for a second helper to carry in more than 20 items it will be an additional $ 20.00. Needless to say we will not be doing the install through Home Depot. We had paid a fee of $35 for someone to come to our home to measure and received the quote via e mail.

  Everyone always helpful and pleasant. We bring our dogs who love to go shopping.
