  We ordered new carpet and installation was provided with the purchase. We were given a date for installation 3 months past the promised installation via the marketing. Romanoff Installation is the company that HD contracts through. They had to come back a few times during the installation, due to the carpet being in chunks and pieces. Now there is a massive seam running through the living room, where there is high volume traffic. We tried working with Mary, and she wouldn't return calls for months on end. It's going on the second year that we are still trying to get them to fix the seam. The excuses are constant, and both Romanoff and HD keep putting the blame on each other. They insisted that the carpet choice is what is causing the seam, and that we were told this size would also contribute to the seam. Non of this was EVER explained to us, otherwise we would've chosen a different carpet. $6000+ initial payment, they are asking us to pay another $1200 for the mistake they made. DO NOT UTILIZE their carpet installation. Even one of the other managers stated that he "doesn't know why HD still contracts w/ Romanoff." Worst customer service we have ever experienced w/ HD.
