  Scheduled an appointment to repair a circuit that had blown. They stated there would be a $69 service call fee. I figured that was reasonable enough so I booked the appointment. When the technicians arrived to the house, they explained that in order to begin work, I would need pay an additional $529. I asked if they had looked at the issue, and they said that had not. The company charges a blind $529 in addition to the $69 service call fee before they even assess the problem. The $529 doesn't even guarantee that it will be fixed, and only covers minor repairs. I would have never booked the appointment if they explained any part of that business practice. Any other electrician would look at the issue first and then give a price for repair. It seemed deceptive, and way out of range for typical pricing, so I declined the $529 quote. The technicians left, they were very nice and seemed to understand why I declined. 10 minutes later I get a call from someone at HomeOps, who seemed upset that I didn't say yes to their blind proposal. He questioned me aggressively as to what I thought the repair service should cost, then trash talked all other electricians when I explained my opinion that this is not typical of other electricians and trade professionals. After seemingly trying to guilt trip me into purchasing the repair service, I said thank you and hung up. I guess it makes sense, the company seems to have a giant advertising budget, have to pay for that google search boost somehow.

We offer straight forward pricing, industry leading warranty's on all recommendations performed, answer the phone live 24/7, which I'm sure is understandable comes with a cost. Every job is unique, so we make sure to send a qualified tech to take a look at the work and perform the repair or start the upgrade the same day in most cases. We've learned that most customers enjoy this type of service saving them time and money. Every technician uses the same price guide with all upfront pricing so you know how much it costs before we start any work.   I could not be happier than I am with Home Ops. I had emergency electric issues and the techs were amazingly professional and thorough. They basically rebuilt my system and. now I am secure in my home thanks to Home Ops. I would recommend them with my highest recommendation!

  They showed up on time they got it done very fast. Install 17 lights outside my house Very clean and neat job. Took away all the debris. Been using them for three years since I bought this house. And for years before in my other house. I highly recommend them.
