  We used Homer Electric due to electric plugs that were not working. David came out on 3 separate occasions to work on the same problem. He was a really nice young man. The last time he was out, he was really frustrated since he was not able to fix the issue. He was doing all he knew how to do and just wasn’t getting it done. This was a Tuesday. He left for lunch and then called back and left a voicemail stating he would not be coming back that day. My husband left a voicemail for David on Thursday of that week and he never returned the call. I called the office on Monday morning to talk with Kevin and gave a bunch of excuses as to why their UN-professionalism was warranted. As a business owner, you should always communicate with customers. If you are not able to complete a job, the professional thing to do would be let the customer know. This company is not professional.

  I had my electricity go out in my home in grand saline. Even with having only a small one man Crew they fit me in this past week. I wasn't sure how we were going to afford it but david came after lunch and made an effort to make sure my problem was resolved. He was very professional and the price was right. Happy they took into account the priority of my situation and even stayed past business hours to see we had our power restored. Being in a small town and having these smaller businesses that care about their customers and make sure to do all they can and prioritize, is something we as consumers cant take for granted. I would definitely recommend them! 👌

  I've nothing but positive words to say about Homer Electric. They came out and gave me a free quote on my project. It was several hundred dollars lower than the next closest bit. We scheduled the work for a week later. The crew was on time, was polite and they even added an extra plug at no additional cost. I would highly recommend Homer Electric and will use them again in my future projects. A+ work! Thanks.
