  We hired Josh to design and finish our basement, and I'm so glad we did!! He provided us with several design options so we knew what was really possible with the space we had, all while sticking within our budget! Josh was flexible as we discussed the details of our contract and got to work right away! He worked quickly, cleaned up his worksite every day before leaving, and really dedicated himself to our job. Would definitely recommend this company!!!

  I first hired Josh to stain my 6 foot privacy fence and gazebo. He did such an outstanding job that I hired to him to do some patchwork on a ceiling, put new floors in my bathrooms, put in a new front door, and many other projects. He is always very timely and honest with his work. Everything he has done is done perfectly, and looks great! I have since referred him to multiple people.

  Josh wiseman is the owner of this company located out of his house in medina ohio.full bissness name is homewise remodeling & home maintenance. He has taken payment for a job then stopped answering our calls and texts. When we did get in touch with him he said he was not doing the job anymore and we would not get any of our money back. We told him we would see him in court he then said he has been in court many times before he knows the system very well. Watch out for this shady contractor. We have all old text messages proving this man and his company is scaming northeast ohio please share this post and review,So hard working ohioins won't be cheated out of there hard earned cash. We will have our day in court.
