  Call January 12th to have the wax seal on my toilet replace because I could not use my toilet whenever water is in it it leaked. They put in a work order for the 19th or 20th because I work out of town and I am only home 2 days a week and they told me that they would call. Today is the 21st nobody showed up on the 19th or the 20th, nobody called. I know they must be busy, but I mean really, come on. But it worked out better I guess, because I also had some other issues in my house that need attention while I was out of town and I happened to meet a plumber, so now my toilet is fixed and they are working on the other problems. And they also told me about this business hood heating and Air and after that conversation, I realize I have made the best decision, not to use this company.. this is twice this has happened with them in the last year, I would not recommend this company, especially if you need something that is time sensitive!

  We tried to contact Trina on both of her requested days, multiple times. No answer and no returned call. We are happy she got her issue fixed though.

  Reliable company with fast service. Hood's has knowledgeable technicians that do the job right, the first time! I had an old AC & heater replaced this summer. They came in fast, replaced the old AC and had me cool in no time. I highly recommend Hood's!
