From the moment Lon gave us our bid until he finished the project we hired him for, he was incredibly helpful, professional, and ensured that everything was done right.   lon is distrustful of any payment outside of cashier's check, and then accuses you of deceit when you want to pay via more conventional (ie, modern) means. very sketch. stay away.

  Davyd told me he was a land owner of multiple properties needed work done, my reply was the legal owner has to sign the contract, he replied he was , on the next conversation he stated his mom was the legal owner, he was just the manager, then he said his mom was leasing the properties, I told him only the legal owner could sign , so I suggested he get someone else who would except a lessors signature I won't, lon McDowell
