  I called Hoover Electric in the morning, I spoke with Sherry. She was an excellent representative for the company. The electrician, Donnie was professional, on time and had the problem fixed within a half hour. The price was less expensive than my home warranty deductible ($100). We will definitely use Hoover Electric again.

  Our bathroom sink drain was clogged. Bob, from Hoover Plumbing was able to snake the line and the drain is now clear and running just fine. Our kitchen drain is connected to the bathroom sink drain and it is draining so much better as well. We were very happy that we were not charged an arm and a leg for the unclogging and Bob sent us some recommendations regarding future drain/pipe upgrades which were appreciated. Bob also notified the dispatch office that we were in need of an electrician. The office called us and made an appointment with us for next week regarding an electrical upgrade.

  Nathan, a Master Electrician, came promptly at 8:30 am. Half of my power was out. No heat or refrigeration during the night. Called DTE and they checked everything up to and including the meter. The problem was a burned out main shut off. He replaced the faulty main shut off which was only five years old. He checked everything else in the house and put the refrigerator on a separate line. He was an excellent worker, cleaned everything up and a delight to have in your home. Thanks, Nathan
