  We've used Hopwood Electric on three - four different occasions over the past few years. Every time they've been out their electricians are on time, professional and always answer all of our questions. Plus they always provide good recommendations on surge protectors, bulbs, etc. Tyler is a great tech! You can't go wrong calling up Hopwood! 👍

  The first time we used them they were great. We utilized our American Home Shield that subcontracts to this company. They came to replace out led lights. All but one. Tech assured my husband he would be out the following day. We are about 3 weeks or more out. I have text the contact person 3 times Inquiring when they would be out for the last light. Then she tells me after the 3rd contact I have to have a new work order. Oh she doesn't answer the phone only text. Very unprofessional. Still waiting...
