Be very careful dealing with a third party electric supplier such as Horizon. They have suspect billing practices that I feel are unfair and quite suspect. My bill doubled and plan on getting two charges on your bill, that will be somewhat confusing. My advice, stay with your provider and keep these third party providers out of your pocket. Trust me, it sound good when they call to set this up - beware!
