  I had a great feeling from the moment I first contacted Horton Electrical Service. Frank got back to me within minutes and he came over the next day to fix my trip-happy circuit breaker. He was punctual, transparent about pricing, and had an arrival window of only one hour (unlike the cable company, which makes you wait around all day). I sincerely appreciate his honesty: while I called to replace the circuit breaker, he noticed that the breaker was fine, but just loose. So he tightened it instead of replacing it, which saved me from having to buy a part. And, he's a nice guy to boot. All around, a great experience! I've found my electrician for future needs.

  We had Horton Electrical Service to rewire the entire house. These electricians were so experienced and professional, they did the job very smoothly and almost made it look easy. They drill minimal holes on the walls and ceilings to fish the wires through, which made the wall repairing a bit easier. The result was great. The guys are great, the admin is great, overall a great company to work with.

  My experience was excellent, and the pricing was fair for the quantity of work required. From the excellent customer service to the knowledgeable and outstanding guys that installed the new upgraded panel in the pouring rain, everything was excellent. They were respectful and admiring of my new home. They were really careful, double-checking everything and responding to all of my queries. They cleaned up so well that you couldn't know anyone had been there. Horton Electrical Service is a company that I would suggest to everyone. I'd give them a thousand stars if I could.
