Bought hot tub here!  Love it.  I do wish I had asked more questions though!  The crew that installed it were amazing… on time , nice and knowledgeable.  Hard to know what to ask when you’ve never owned one!  Wish they had given a bit more detail!  I just added too much salt… now I pay for drain and refill.  Ask every single question you may have!

We bought a Beam hot tub and love it. We worked with James, who got to know what we were looking for and from start to finish was great to work with. The installers were efficient and even though the day they delivered was terribly cold, they were kind and did great work! We are glad we went with HotSprings Spa & Pool Tables.

A big thanks to Nate at Hotspring Spas in Bismarck! The Envoy spa is excellent! From helping pick out the right spa to finding the electrical contractor, set up and delivery, the service was excellent. He was on the phone with me right after set up making sure I got the chemicals just right. If you are in search of a spa, be sure to talk with Nate at Hotspring in Bismarck!

So far so good! Our hotspring spa was delivered on time and everything works great. Our salesman was nice and friendly and helped us with whatever we needed. Would definitely buy another one from them!

Our whole experience with Hot Springs has been soured. We had our hot tub installed in March and we are still waiting to have the electrical work completed and its now June.

While Hot Springs does not perform the electrical work, we utilized the contractor they referred, RK Electric, and they coordinated for the job so we would not have to deal with the situation we are in today.

Unfortunately, the electrical contractor botched the job and Hot Springs had to come out and rewire the Hot Tub so it would work. Additionally, the electrical conduit has been run in a way that causes a tripping hazard and constant debris build up when it could easily have been run properly out of the way and out of eye site. The electricians left an outlet completed uncapped and covered with electrical tape. The electricians while at my home complained the entire time that they should have been doing a different job and not our Hot Tub install. Both Hot Springs and the electrical contractor agree the work t hat was done at our home was not done properly.

We have called and followed up with both Hot Springs and the electrical contractor over the last three months. Now, the electrical contractor is not willing to fix his work without charging us double the originally quoted price of $500 - $700. Not to mention, its been three months and we are the ones chasing him to complete the work. Hot Springs has tried to help but ultimately claims to not have power over the electrical contractor they referred and coordinated the install of our their hot tub.

The electrical contractor is pointing their finger at Hot Springs and Hot Springs is pointing their finger at the electrical contractor and we are left holding the bag trying to figure out how to fix a problem we did not create but are left to deal with ourselves. This Hot Tub was a birthday present from my husband to myself and the kids. We are very disappointed and this has soured the whole experience.  If we could go back knowing what we know now, we would not have purchased this Hot Tub from this vendor nor would we ever allow RK Electric to perform any work to our home or elsewhere.
