Deepest gratitude to Todd and Tabitha and the entire crew at Hour Electric Co., Inc. for going above and beyond in restoring our electric service in time for Thanksgiving (November 28, 2019)!!! Todd made a site visit and immediately brought his crew at Hour Electric to replace the fallen electric pole when we could not find any company to help us. Tabitha followed up by leaving 2 messages at National Grid and then its customer service hotline on our behalf to get the electricity turned back on. I believe in the good of people - but this moment and this transaction has been so full of positivity, compassionate understanding, and effective communication; achieving stellar results in record time as a team, and exemplifying the very best in customer service. Called and spoke to some woman. She told me that they would call me back the next day. Never heard from them. I guess they have enough business.
