  Always quick to get power back on asap. Very friendly hard working staff that go above and beyond to respond and restore power. Reported my outage on their user friendly app, and had a call back within 15 minutes from one of their friendly dispatchers to let me know they had crews in route.

  I live on a 1 mile long private rd. with 10 customers on it. I moved here 15 months ago and have had 7 power outages lasting at least 2 hours including last winter with a 2 day and 3 day outage. There have been over 100 "blinks" and short term outages that we know of. My medical equipment (I am a disabled veteran) has "fried due to power surges to electronic components". My $1200 cooktop that came with the house fried during the numerous outages this past winter. It was repaired by previous owner 3 years ago. Thank God V.A. replaces my medical stuff for free but the stove part is $450 and I am saving up for it. I am left figuring we are not important enough to get a decent fix for our problem despite many complaints from all of us on this road. Today a "blink" caused my air conditioner to make a lot of horrible noise. It is only 1 year old but I guess I just need to pray for cooler weather.
