  Very responsive, great service, professional, good value for the job to be done. Had upgraded service and panel installed. One hiccup that’s fixed quickly. Highly recommend!

  The repairman was very courteous and knowledgeable. Unfortunately it's very hard to get an appt with them. They also have much higher pricing then other companies that do the comparable work.

  After leaving a one star rating, I received a voicemail from the owner. I then called the owner after finding out that he said he did indeed call and found out that the number he tried to reach me at was off by one digit, so a msg was left on someone else’s cell, not mine. He apologized and though I was not able to schedule a visit with an electrician due to a 3 wk wait, I do appreciate him following through with contacting me today and discussing the miscommunication.

  Thank you for your phone call. You were called back twice at 231 pm and I left a message with my cell number to call back. I apologize I didn’t return your call sooner, but I work in the field everyday. Sometimes when I work in a bad area, like yesterday, it makes it tough.
