  Mr. Smith. You seemed to be a honest person. We was even willing to put du diligence money down. You even told me to put my checkbook away. You said that wasn’t necessary. You didn’t want to create paperwork for your wife. You Shook my husbands hand and elaborated on what your hand shake meant. Poor Business Tactics!!! I loved the house. We had no intention for you to build a screen porch before closing. You kept saying we couldn’t move in until it was all completed. So you just literally never even let us put a offer in. Just remember Karma!!!
