  Wish could review lower. Scummy business, liar, extremely unprofessional. The contractor "neill" spends more time on the phone than anything. He lies, steals and pretends to know what hes doing. I wouldn't recommend this low life to my worst enemy.

  Neill's most recent project for us was installing a new hot water heater. We notified him of the problem at about 10 am on Saturday. He came and assessed the situation on Sunday, concluding that the current one was beyond repair. By Monday at noon the new water heater was installed! He is quick, efficient, and reasonably priced. Other projects he's done for us include house painting, roof work, and bathroom repair. He will be working on cleaning up our yard next. Call Neill and Heather Hully for an estimate on projects or repairs you need done. No job too big or too small for Hully Electric & Handyman Services!
