  The administrative part of this company is absolutely terrible. The office worker named Heather did not disclose a “travel fee” after she told me I would only be charge for the first hour charge plus equipment and any additional hour after that. The electrician was a nice gentleman and was very helpful. If you need electrically work I would steer clear of this sneaky company if you don’t want to have extra charges added after the work is done.

  I was shopping around for the best electrician in Palm Beach county because I had a serious problem with many sockets in my home. I called around and most companies wanted ridiculous amounts of money just to come take a look. As soon as I contacted IM Electric, I noticed the how they treated me like a friend and not a dollar bill. They came over the same day and fixed the problem in a matter of minutes. The price was very reasonable and I would recommend their service to anyone. Thanks again IM Electric! Sebastian - A client for life.
