  Place filled with bias and what I believe to be discrimination. It's a typical union filled with lazy arrogant, I don't want to teach anybody my skills bodies. Glad I didn't get in. Hope they enjoy working out there in the 115 degree heat! It's only going to get hotter. Serves em' right.
