  Called trying to get info on how to get started and the lady I believe her name was Julie just kept telling me how that im gonna be waiting forever to even get a call back and only if I am able to pass test. Told me there are no jobs right now and no one is hiring electricians. Very off-putting. How do you expect to get new electricians if you discourage them from trying to join
