  I had my car charger installed by Sean and he was knowledgeable, personable, honest and was on time. He came out the day before but needed a different part; he did not charge me for the first visit, identified a way to complete the install the very next day which looks great! Additionally, he stayed until I had the charger was set up and I had tested, he could have asked for payment after the install and left— but he said that he wanted to be sure everything was perfect, and it was! Great guy and great company— if you have an electrical job (big or small) and you want it done right by someone with a genuinely relatable personality, call Icon Electrical Service!

  I am extremely pleased with the highly professional service I received. Mr. Sean is responsive, knowledgeable, professional and efficient. He takes pride in his work. He and his helper assembled and installed an intricate chandelier and I could not be more pleased! Icon has earned my loyalty and highest recommendation.

  I cannot say enough about Icon Electrical, and especially Sean. We got an appointment right away, he diagnosed the problem within 10 minutes, and he even called Greystone to advocate for us when they said they were going to have to turn our power off for hours in the middle of winter (it's a long story...). If we had gone with another company, my family would have gone up to 6 hours without power on a 27 degree morning. So grateful for Sean and the people at Icon.
