  I called this company for information on getting a standby generator installed. Within the first 5 minutes of the conversation they told me that they don’t service my area. Knowing that I wasn’t going to be a customer, Greg stayed on the phone with me while at a job site for at least 15-20 minutes taking time out of his day giving me advice on what to look for in a company in my area, typical costs of an install and answered several of my questions. It’s awesome to see customer service is still out there even though he knew I wasn’t going to be one of theirs. I wish I could’ve done business with this company. If you’re in the Lafayette area, make this company your first and last call.

  I have held off a year for this review, since I wanted to see how everything worked in a real power failure. Having a generator installed seems to have "prevented" power failues, at least for a year. Had many before the install. Two nights ago, had a real two hour long power failure. Generator worked perfectly! Transfer switch back to utility power was nearly instant, only a very slight blip. A year ago, Greg installed a 70432 Generac 22kW backup generator, nat gas, and an auto transfer switch. Greg has gone way beyond the call of duty, and bends over backwards to help the customer. Very professional, and he knows his stuff and has his act together. I have recommended him to several friends for Generac installs.

  Great contractor to deal with. A pleasure having Greg do the work, so clean and fast, wonderful experience.
