  My first time ever going to an auto shop outside of the dealership. The customer service was amazing. Even if I didn’t get my service done here I would’ve given 5 stars. The lady at the front was informative and helpful she went beyond to accommodate and make me feel comfortable. I’m a first time car owner with minimal knowledge of cars just learning as I go but they made me very comfortable. This is gonna be my go to I trust the mechanics they weren’t forceful or aggressive.

  This is my first time to Impact Auto for a repair on my vehicle. Today is 12/27/2021. They took my car in right away as soon as they opened. The staff took me back to the work area to see the underneath of my car and explained what I needed repaired on. They had my car finished later the same day. Up and Beyond excellent service. I work for Busch Gardens Williamsburg so I rely heavily on the car and having it done on the same day you come in is extremely excellent. Thank you so much Impact Auto!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  My family has used Impact Auto for years. We love Marley! Wonderful customer service. Timely, high quality work for a reasonable price. We will continue to use them for maintenance; oil changes and yearly inspection. Plus, if any immediate issues that may occur I know we can always call Impact Auto for our vehicular needs!
