Ridiculous! Told by Mary technician was on the way at 8:30. At 10:40, I called to be told he was never dispatched. I blew an entire day off and had literally thousands of dollars of work to be done on my new house. Got lots of "yes ma'ams and so sorries," but that doesn't get the project done. DO YOUR JOB! DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE.
