  Randy did an amazing job installing two Samsung Frame TVs and Sonos sound bars. Both installs were unique with their own challenges (hiding a Connect box, installing new outlets, etc) and he did such a great job. Not only was he he a great communicator from the beginning of the process, but he went above and beyond. He gave up a weekend day with us to install our TVs in our new house so that we could use it for an upcoming family event. He truly knows what he is doing and is also so extremely kind!! I so recommend Randy!

  Randy was amazing to work with. Super professional, friendly, and his work was perfect. Great guy! I had an 85” tv mounted on the wall along with rear speakers. The end result looked amazing. Randy clearly explained all the options and the associated costs. Highly recommend Impel Services. Had I come across them before, I would have made my tv and speaker purchase from here as well. Look no further and go ahead and make your appointment.

  We just moved and we used Impel Servises for the purchase and installation of three large televisions with Sonos in our new home. Randy was professional, knowledgable, and proficient as the first time we used him seven years ago. Definitely recommend!
