  I can't speak for this companies work, but I can speak to the character of those they hire. Today ,while driving, one of their employees decided to drive side by side with me in the same lane. He was extremely close to hitting and put me at great risk. He needed to be in my lane to turn right and had no space to come over, except for being side by side with me. If the folks they employ don't care for my safety on the road, I can't believe they would care about electrical either. Thankfully no one got hurt... this time. The license plate for the truck was JFZ 8642.

  I am currently changing out all the fixtures in a home trimmed by InCharge and the following is what I've found: -Wooden Vanity Lights without JBoxes. -serrated wires in boxes throughout home -Fan boxes not secured properly -Fan Boxes hanging lower than sheetrock creating gap -Wrong sized screws seized in metal boxes missing important hardware on several lights -Missing grounds on almost all Globe fixtures (most common fixtures in house) -Gaps in wall sconses -immense amount of sheetrock damage hidden by lights -light boxes with the backs cut off -Absolutly terrible quality.
