  A true example of poor management making poor decisions. Better suited for raking leaves on the grounds of an industrial facility than being allowed to work in one. True craftsmen need not apply. The owner can't manage money so his constant cash flow issues will result in the firing of any top paid, revenue generating, employee. Must be the Clemson way of business management. From the office to the field, all is staffed with the most unskilled people who have no, or very poor, training. He has to bring in "craftsmen" to be able to do any construction but does it with such resent that they are first he fires when he thinks his army of 3rd graders can finish it. That's why he stays broke!! Cheap labor isn't skilled, skilled labor isn't cheap. A real joke

  I just got in a wreck from one of your men. And it was a hit and run!
