  I would like to thank the guys from Inland Power that came out to 2483 Blanchard Cutoff to replace the transformer that blew ! They were so fast about getting here that I didn't even have time to call about it. They were very friendly & informative especially when I asked questions. I also want to thank the gentleman that ca.e back a couple of days later to make sure we had no more issues. Thank you so much for the follow-up ! A great customer service !! Thank you again guys !

  If you have a choice to go with any other company TAKE IT! Inland power does nothing to help its customers like they state is their mission. They place their equipment on your property in a way you have to pay $250 bucks just to fill out a paper requesting an engineer to go out an check the equipment, they then lie stating they sent someone out when they actually didn’t. Their the absolute worst unless you like non stop outages. Their outages last for weeks claiming its “not safe” to send crews to fix the outage. Their customer service takes literally MONTHS to get back to you. I contacted them in February of 2021 was told someone would get back to me within 10 days never heard back so I contacted them AGAIN in February of 2022!! The only reason they responded this time is because they didn’t like the review I left on their Facebook page. Trust me you don’t want this company of you have other options!

  We recently had Inland install power for us and we are extremely impressed with the service that we received. From the initial application process, to calling in and the people answering the phone, to actually getting the service installed, we had nothing but exceptional service. Everyone was very knowledgeable and friendly that we came acrossed. Additionally, the timing of the installation and inspections were all done quickly!
