  We had two techs come to our home to look at a electrical problem we were having and after a hour they told us it was the motor from our bedroom fan. They stated if we bought the fan and still had the issue then they would come back out and try to fix the problem again free of charge. When I called today to have them come back I was informed that I still had to pay that the techs never should have told me that. If they promise they will come back and fix the issue free of charge DO NOT BELIEVE THEM. Now I have to pay for another electrician because they didn't know what they were doing. If the fan was the issue then I would be fine but obviously that was not the case. Please beware when using this company.

  Heather, I apologize that you were under the impression that you would receive additional services for free. I believe that you just misunderstood. It is not feasible for any company to send a service unit an hour and a half away to perform work free of charge unless it was warranty work. What you were charged for on the first trip was troubleshooting where the "fishy" smell was coming from. It was believed that the fan motor was the issue, however if everthing else was in working order we would have had no reason to believe they were the issue. Other than burning smells we do not troubleshoot based on smell, it is condition and functionality of devices. Any additional work above what you already paid for and would be charged accordingly. We would still be more than happy to come back, just not free of charge.

  DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY ! #1 they will send guys out that are not qualified and overcharge you, a few day job forms into a week. #2 contracted them to put additional service they made repeated promises about material not being in. Finally I called them last week and they said they would be out this week. I called today and they said the material was in and still couldn’t give me a date if oinstall. I have been in business with the same clients 25 years plus. This is a rip off company that over charges and doesn’t stand behind agreements. DO NOT SIGN ANYTHING BEFORE READING IT ! The other negative review on hear sound similar to ours. Don’t let them fool you with the reply ! Also the positive reviews are not from actual customers more like the owner and his friends.

  Brian ford an his crew are more than you could ask for in an electrical contractor... their punctual very detailed an when their job is done an they head on to the next call.... they leave behind them a quality job well done in a neat and timely mannor at a more than affordable rate !!!! So If you call on innovative electric to tackle your electrical needs satisfaction is guaranteed !!!
