  Innovative installed a new Cummins standby generator. The entire procedure & all personnel were exceptional. Dealing with home repairs/ replacements/installations on my own was a new & somewhat intimidating experience, but everyone connected with the procedure was outstanding.

  Great company. Very responsive. Called to let me know I was having a problem with my generator. Scheduling service was easy. Technician showed up on time. Very professional and took care of my generator. Technician was excellent knowledgeable and thorough. Office staff professional and followed up to make sure everything was working correctly. I highly recommend this company.
