  Called for service on a Friday and got a callback the following Monday from a very pleasant, seemingly knowledgeable individual. Good so far! I was asked to get information off of the generator (which I did) and call back. I called back, got voice-mail and left all of the requested information on the voice-mail. I never got another callback. I called 3 more times, got voice-mail each time and left a message each time. After 2 weeks I contacted another company, OHA, and got a service appointment. Reviews suggest that this is a persistent problem for Inspired Electrical.

  We called Inspired Electrical Solutions due to a problem with my 95 year old mother's generator. The technician helped us to figure out how to correct the problem and we were back in business! Thanks so much to this kind person during a very stressful time with massive electrical outages everywhere due to a significant snowstorm!
