  We are an OEM of Air-Cooled Heat Exchangers in Broken Arrow, OK. We had new coolers that were being commissioned in a remote part of PA. One of the motors sounded like it had a bearing issue. I spoke with Mitch Shoemaker of IPS. Through the motor OEM Warranty program, IPS serviced this motor. IPS was incredible. They went over and beyond the call of duty to help us in our time of need. The speed of service was amazing. I cannot recommend IPS and Mitch Shoemaker enough. They are like having a friend/family member in your corner. Thank you, IPS. Thank you, Mitch. GREAT WORK!!!!
