We use American Home Shield and they assigned this vendor to resolve our electrical two-way switch issue. We called several times and were not able to get ahold of anyone. Finally someone sent me a text messaged and told me they were 3-4weeks out and couldn't help us and to call our home warranty back because they declined the request as soon as it came in and we need to find someone else. Called our home warranty and they said the vendor never declined the request so we have to go through a lengthy process in which they try, unsuccessfully, to contact the vendor before it can be re-assigned. It is really frustrating as a single female homeowner to pay for services that help to locate reputable people only to have those vendors refuse service. If you don't want to work on home warranty small repairs then don't enroll in the lead generating services of home warranties. I realize we aren't a giant new build but people still need their light switches to work.

our office is contacted American Home shield several times on this to let them know that we are several weeks out on previously scheduled jobs until those are completed we cannot take on any more work sorry that they have not informed you of that

I had to rate Integrity Electric in order to post my comments. It would not let me quote a MINUS star! I used Integrity in March of 2018. I had an electrical problem and they arrived, fixed and I paid the technician with a check in the amount of $276.46. He left and his office called me the next morning to state that they had changed their name and I needed to write a new check from Mr. Electric to Integrity Electric. I was told they would send a technician to pick up the new check and return the one I had written. The technician arrived to say they had ripped up the check and could I give them the new one. I contacted the office and was told that was the case and please would I give the correct check. I saw that their name was Integrity Electric on the website. I had no reason to not believe the company did not do what both the office and technician said they did. The new check was cashed and I never heard anything again. One year later, the other check was cashed! I contacted both banks who were of no help and said I had to deal with Integrity. I called immediately! I wrote letters, I sent emails. I have not heard anything not even a telephone call. This happened in April of 2019! I think they are a horrible company taking advantage of people with no INTEGRITY. They should change their names to Thief Electric! Shame on you for not even a telephone call to state what you have done! Please make what you have done in 2020 right! Return the money you cashed !

the owner has requested a mailing address from you several times without a response. After 4 attempts we gave up trying to correct this issue.

Showed up on time, 10 minutes early. Estimate on a project, pointed things out to me that needs to be fixed in order to pass inspections that every one else ignored. I guess waiting for the inspector to tell me that they needed to have this and that fixed and charge for added work. Nice to get to actual cost of my project up front.
