  Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I have lived in major cities and small towns alike and never been treated so awful. They shut my service off the 3rd week of January due to 10 days late payment. I paid the past due and the late fee the same day but they won't restore service without another $190 deposit and some $45 fee I have no clue what for. That's even more than the past due bill was! First off, the Cold Weather Rule Should be preventing them from shutting off service when it's below freezing, and the electric is our only source of heat. Not to mention I have two kids living in the house and currently have no income. Shame on Intercounty Electric. I will make sure to spread the word 😡

  Had a rude awaking this morning when I discovered only half my house had power, of course the half that the coffee maker was plugged into, wouldn’t you know! Called Intercounty and then had their guys out here in 25 mins! They fixed the problem and “voila” I had power and my coffee maker back up and running in just under an hour!!! Huge shoot out to Intercounty for the excellent and speedy service. Thank you!
