  Fortunately it's not a free ride. You must pay dues to be able to go to work. This local has provided me and many current and past IBEW brothers and sisters a good living with some of the best benefits in the country for the last 115 years!

  I am extremely disappointed with the treatment me and my family received at the hands of the female receptionist. As soon as we walked towards her, without even saying "hi," she told us we were at the wrong office and that the welfare office was in Rt 273. Even after I corrected her, she proceeded to talk to us in a condescending and arrogant manner. She even finished an answer to my question with "Comprende?" She wrongly assumed that because we are Latin and bilingual, we did not understand her sarcastic and snide comments. Union 814, is this what you represent? Do you represent only White electricians and treat the rest like they are below you? A receptionist/clerk/secretary is the first interaction a person has in every office. Please choose better.

  Great meeting space. Easy access to I 95 and a parking lot. Nice restrooms.
