  I tested with them and did fine. Was told to wait for a letter in order to show up to a panel interview. Well, the only letter I received is one saying I missed the interview and "failed to show up". It's no wonder the trades are dieing a slow death when they operate like this. Who uses mail for something like this? What about email? Everybody has a cellphone, what about an auto generated text? I received a much better offer anyway but called to let them know what was up. Had to leave a message and never heard back. Very unprofessional.

  Great place with friendly and helpful people. You can build your career here and get the training required while you work and get paid to learn. The health insurance and retirement benefits are really great.

  Nice union, but terrible place to start a career. Unless your already in trade, dont look for a career change here. I'm mid 30's, married, kids, and after interviews and tests was told I would have to take a $10 job to build experience. Who could afford that. If you're in the trade or a high school kid, go for it. Otherwise look at the tech for a change.
