  I will update this review once I pass the inspection steps. This step is no fault of ION, the city is slow! As for ION, they have been great..they have kept me up to date. They have communicated! They have done everything promised so far. The install crew was on time and quick. The install looks good and was done well. No mess was left behind. From the sales person to the install I am happy to this point. I am patiently waiting to get the system on and in use!

  I was shopping around for Solar at the time I was approached by a solicitator at home and welcomed the idea to speak to a salesman. I had a million questions. I had sat with other companies previously but I felt I wasn't getting the answers I needed to make an educated decision. CALVIN DAVILLA came on time and texted me prior to the appointment. We sat and had whole discussion and he was able to answer ALL my questions I had. I knew at that point I was ready to move forward with Ion Solar. I had seen that the company had already done over 6,000 homes in the Hampton Roads area. I felt confident that Ion wasn't going anywhere and would be here for the years to come, when I may require assistance on my warranties. The install crew was a delight. The lead, Drew was also very professional. They were on time, courteous and continued to ask permission into the home to access the attic space which I continued to tell them they didn't need to ask. The install lasted about 5 hours, for 31 panels and they look great. There wasn't any left over parts or debris in the yard. The electrical panels on the outside of the house look great also. True professionals on the install. I am waiting for the inspections and Dominion Power to finish the install to be able to turn on the system. I will update the review once that happens and also an update on the production value to cost.

  The entire installation was done professionally, efficient and timely! Extremely happy with the crew; Antonio, Eduard, Zackary and Dhamiin are a well oiled machine and work well together! Showed up on time and did a Great job! Thank you Team ION!! Looking forward to going live soon!
