Came out to my place, charged me $250, and did not do any of the things that were discussed. Incompetent or dishonest---I am not sure which.

Dear William Huffman, I very sorry you did not have good experience as a customer of my business. I wish to follow up and understand what happened that resulted in your negative review. In the past, when I have had clients unsatisfied with my work, I have done everything possible to correct the misunderstanding or mistake. Unfortunately, I do not recall working for a client with your name. I searched my last 3 years of invoices by name and by amount I charged and was not able to find your invoice. Please Mr Huffman, could you provide me with more information so that I can correct my mistake or at least learn what happened in order to not make the same mistake again.
