Took a $1500. Deposit to replace old knob and tube wiring in our basement, worked about 4 hours, screwed up the wiring so that we lost electricity in two outlets, then disappeared for several months, promising to come back “next week” all the while but never showing up. He never finished the job and refused to return our deposit. He doesn’t deserve even a one star rating.
