  This is the second time Smith Generators has rescued us! Our house had a partial house generator (runs refrigerator, heat, microwave, some lights, etc) when we moved in, and we continued the maintenance contract with Smith Generators. A few years ago, the generator stopped in the middle of the night in a snow storm. A tree had fallen across our driveway. We have parrots so it’s crucial that the house stay above 60. Joe Smith was out here by light, carried his tools and a battery up my very long steep snow-covered driveway to get the generator started. He just came again, less than an hour after I called the office, to see why our (now very old) generator had stopped and to get it started again. He remembered the birds and said he wanted to be sure they were ok. I call this outstanding service. Maintenance fees are very reasonable and everyone I’ve ever spoken to there was kind and efficient.
