I have used JGS once in the past and it was a great experience. This time around has been anything but great. I needed an electrical outlet installed, so I contacted Jerry (owner) to perform the electrical service. He had someone come out right away, the same day which was great. This is where things go sideways. The electrician first sawed through the wall in the wrong spot and hit a stud. Started cursing out loud for everyone to hear. Then had to saw in a new spot to put the outlet and just left the original saw mark. After that, the guy went into our attic to drop the wire and ended up drilling a hole through our ceiling and wall in error, insert more cursing here. The electrician finally finished installing the outlet and ultimately just left without vowing to fix the errors. So I contacted Jerry and he was very apologetic and said he would send out a company to repair the damages his electrician had caused to our walls. Great...well so I thought. Long story short, the guy that was to come out and make the dry wall repairs no showed on three different occasions with no phone call or text. He finally came out once to slap on some mud, but then never returned. When Jerry questikned him about it, they guy lied to Jerry and told him that he came out to our house and finished the job when in fact he never came back out. This shocked me. Each time I mentioned to Jerry that this guy was a no show, but no real resolution ever came. The guy tried reaching out to me recently to come by again for a 4th attempt, but at this point the trust is gone with him and enough is enough. Come to find out, this contracted repairman is just a buddy of Jerry's. Jerry asked me after the 3rd no show what he could do to resolve the issue, and when I told him how he could make things right, and that I would like my money back as now I am having to hire a professional contractor to make the repairs to my ceiling and walls that his electrician made in error, it has been radio silence. Haven't heard a word back from Jerry the owner. All in all, just a terrible experience and bad business ethic when all I was in need of was an outlet installed, not the added damage to our walls that are now in need of repair and repainting. Just know that if something goes wrong, you will be out money plus stuck having to repair their mistakes on your own if you use this company.

Yes, I understand that my installer had a hard time with this particular job. I tried to rectify the issue by having a wall repair guy come out and fix your damage. For reasons uncertain, you had problems with scheduling that repair guy. I even paid for the repairs. I stayed in constant communication and understanding with you and tried my best to uphold the best of business. It is not fair that you went and tried to diminish my correctability by leaving this bad review. I did everything I could AS ALWAYS to make the best of services provided. Please remove your bad review and pictures as it was not me personally doing the work, but it is me that you are trying to make look bad. (Not Cool Derick)
