  I am surprised to see the company got an unpleasant review/ bad day I assume. I have dealt with JL Solutions twice and both times the service was excellent. The specialist, Johnnie Kent was very helpful, professional, kind and most importantly - the issue was resolved! I d like to say a Thank you very much to Johnnie, to Lauren ( very nice and helpful receptionist)- to all JL Solutions team! Great job ! Highly recommend to my friends and colleagues and to everyone in need of an excellent service!

  Standard practice to ask for the license of an electrician to verify that they are bonded and insured so you don't wake up and your house is burning that you can make sure that the damage is covered well the owner Johnnie talked to me in such a disrespectful manner and told me that I was rude for asking and tried to say that i was being racist when we are the same color I would not use him for any work in my house or anyone-else for that matter if he can be so sensitive and nasty about the inquiry of a license i wonder if they're hiding anything
