  Great service at a fair price! We scheduled an appt. a few weeks in advance for electrical work with a room addition. They arrived on time and even reminded me of one item I had forgotten about since scheduling. They communicated everything up front and even cleaned up when finished. Great experience!

  I scheduled an appointment about 6 weeks in advance for them to come to my house & add some outlets. They said they would come first thing in the morning. I call promptly at 8 a.m to get an estimated time. Woman was completely confused and had to call me back. Never called back. I called a couple hours later & was told she’d be there in the afternoon. By 2pm still no show so I called back and person apologized & said she’d be late & could still come at 5pm & stay till 7pm. They overbooked. I was patient & understanding and just rescheduled for the following week when it would be better for everyone. So today, they said they’d be here in the morning. No show. I called the office again & the woman who answered said she must’ve dropped the ball and didn’t put me on the schedule.

  Jill was great! She was professional and QUICK! I was amazed at how fast she was able to diagnose and repair the problem! Price point was awesome too! Would definitely recommend this company, and any other electrical issues I may incur in the future, I'll be calling again! Thank you!!
