  I am absolutely not happy with the way things turned out. They gave me my car back not even finished, said I’d have to come back to get that part replaced. They had my car for about 5 weeks. They gave me my car back making nasty noises it didn’t make before. They gave me back the car with the air conditioner blowing out almost warm air, which my air conditioning have nothing to do with what they were fixing. I am very displeased with the customer service aspect of it all either. All around terrible experience. I will never go here again, and I hope others won’t get sucked in either. I don’t feel my deductible was worth it to pay but I had to. I really wish I could give negative stars.

Our team will take a look at the air conditioning when you bring the vehicle in for the last part that needs replaced.   The customer service at this repair center is terrible. I had an appointment in February for an initial assessment of collision damage. The adjuster deemed the car as drivable, and I was given an appointment to return for a full assessment in March. I documented the appointment while at the repair center in February on my personal calendar. When I arrived for the March appointment, the receptionist told me the appointment was for the previous day. I informed them that I recorded the date and time while at the repair center in February. The receptionist spoke with the adjuster and was told the soonest appointment was over a week later. I asked to speak to the manager and waited 15 minutes for him to come out. I informed him of the situation and told him my appointment was for today. He told me I was wrong. I asked him if they could take 15-30 minutes today to do the assessment (they had no customers waiting). He asked me if I showed up for a doctor’s office appointment a day late if the doctor would still see me. I told him I was not a day late and besides that a doctor’s office provides documented confirmation of appointments and reminders to customers – this center only verbally told me (which again I documented at the time). His demeanor was confrontational and lacked any empathy for the situation, nor did he even consider the receptionist could be wrong. I will not do any business with this franchise again.
