  I contacted Tara at JackBuilt because I needed a handicap accessible walk-in shower. She was friendly and very helpful. She came to the house, took measurements, and promptly sent her estimate. Her suggestions were helpful in making our choice of tile and the color for grout as well as the grab bars and bench. The Jackbuilt crew showed up on the day we scheduled and began the process of removal. They were all very nice and made sure everything was completed to satisfactory conditions before leaving. If any issues arose they were addressed and fixed. I would recommend JackBuilt to anyone who needs home remodeling done. My husband was recently diagnosed with brain cancer and his mobility is starting to become limited. His mother is 84 years old and she will be moving in soon. So this beautiful new shower that JackBuilt built for us is truly a God sent. Thank You to all of you!

  I’d put zero but I have to put at least one. The whole experience was a nightmare. From building a vanity with two different size doors on each side. I asked them to fix this because this is not what I wanted or the pictures I sent to them. The lady became very rude. Insisting it is and I will pay for it. All I wanted was the door to be semetrical. She then told me to contact the manager. When I called him he told me I was paying for them and getting them if he had to leave them in my front yard. Which I told him was against the law. I called multiple times trying to talk to the owner. Which the lady over my account, receptionist and the manger refused over and over. I sent emails that were not responded to. I eventually had someone that knew the owner personally give me his number. I called and spoke to him. He took the price of the vanity off my bill. Which I thought was fair and didn’t go into detail about how his employees had acted. So I paid them for the parts they had already ordered for the job. Since the account lady insisted. The shower and tub faucets were used and purchased off Amazon with missing pieces. They never asked if I was ok with used parts. Which I was not. So I had to repurchase new ones after already paying for those. I did not recontact them at this point after already going through what I had.
