      ZERO STARS! POOR customer service ……..Eric Gardner hung up on me during our phone conversation 😕. HORRIBLE customer service ….this company came onto my property & changed my light fixture without notifying me nor asking me, after I told them to just check out the flickering light on the 26th of January. Very sneaky behavior. Three days later, they said I needed to call them and then they would have given me a courtesy call. Very unprofessional. They lack courtesy. LED lights outside your home is a terrible👎🏽idea. If I don’t want the light, they told me that they would take it down and I would have to get a new light and do it myself. How rude and disrespectful. Have not slept since the unsolicited installation on 1/28/22. Been a customer/member 17+ years. This is not how you treat your customers and conduct business. Your work orders still originate from human beings. Please treat us that way! Have more compassion for those that depend upon your service. We all get and receive services on a daily basis. Why not be nice about it. 🤔

      Have been able to talk to some in office for many years now ....and with this we are able to find solutions over the phone now with this 3rd party phone service everything is scrabbled up ....they have no knowledge on problems ,fixes or any goto solutions....this is frustrating to say the least.been out of internet since Sunday...I understand that problems may arise but with no intelligent staff to help what is the point . Just another obstacle to get through to find a solution...jackson I hope you will reconsider this third party service ...it really doesn't do much other then push you further away from the customer....

      Wish I could give no stars. We are waiting on new service. They came out and staked where the poles are going, I paid the drop fee and 2 weeks later we are still not on the books for new service. Every time I tried to speak the lady interrupted me and would not let me speak. Every time I went in to deal with this they would tell me something different about what I needed to do. And when I tried to call her on it she would tell me she never said that. Stinks that she is the only one you can deal with and if you ask for a supervisor I'm always told they are gone for the day. Sad to say they are our only option for electric. I work for retail and we have to learn to listen to the customer and her what they have to say. But I have noticed more and more that a lot of businesses don't care to listen to their customers. Just so frustrated that have to pay a mortgage for a house we can't live in and can't have our well installed till we have electric. We are at their mercy to when they decide to put us on the books to see where we are in line for them to come out. Ughhhhhh
