Jackson charged me $11,200 for a new Rheem AC 4 ton unit while my neighbor installed a Lennox 5 ton unit for $3,000 less from Conditioned Air. Jackson claimed that Rheem was a better brand but Consumer reports rate Lennox higher. Installation time for both mine and neighbor's units were the same.

We needed an electrician to come out to our RV resort to check out some issues with one of our electric pedestals. The person I spoke to on the phone was very helpful, friendly and efficient. They sent Jeff out within the hour. He was very knowledgeable, and helped us to understand where the problem was coming from. We were extremely happy with Jackson Total and Jeff!

Had a Rheem warranty service call put out due to a leaking water heater. Rheem contacted them and they reached out to me in a timely manner and sent out a tech to inspect. Tech deemed the water heater needed to be replaced. Then took 2 days for them to come back as they are busy, no problem. Another tech comes out and replaces the water heater and everything is good…. Until later that night when the new heater is leaking. Call them and send someone out again. Decided to replace the new water heater. Come back out and replace and the new one which also leaks, manufacturing issues. This is where Jackson fell off and I won’t be calling them again. They called me claiming they tried to call Rheem for more authorization and spent 45 minutes on hold and “it’s not my job to call Rheem, you need to call them” by the Jackson customer service. I laughed as I’m trying not to get upset. She responded “this isn’t funny, I don’t get paid for this”. So the customer is responsible for making all communication with warranty claims? I called and spent over 2 hours on the phone and Rheem put in another work order. I’ve called and it’s been radio silence since 7/27. 1- I don’t think I should have had to call, 2- you have a work order and radio silence…. Horrible customer service. Techs that came out were friendly and knowledgeable. Lady on the phone also said next time just get it through us, we get better quality stuff then the box stores and gave me a quote that was well over double what I paid at HD.
