We asked them to hang bistro lights from our house to the trees in the backyard. We spent a lot of time telling the electrician how to hang the lights including showing them on Amazon what equipment they needed to hang the lights. They finally finished the job after two weeks and multiple trips to Home Depot. Then, after two months, the lights strands fell down after a mild storm. When I asked them to come out and repair the lights that had fallen down they said they would have to charge $150 an hour for the repair. When I pushed to have them repair it at no cost (since it had only been two months) they said they couldn’t control the weather. I was surprised as I assumed they knew how to secure lights for an outdoor space in a way that would account for mild weather.
